Established late 2019, the IMANU project follows an already impressive chapter in drum & bass. Breaking through at the age of just 16 with a highly distinctive and technical brutalist style, he made a remarkable impression in a very short space of time. However, this was only a hint at what was to come. Now in his early 20s, IMANU has already been responsible for releases on significant labels such as Deadbeats, UKF and VISION, he’s remixed the likes of Apashe, TOKiMONSTA and What So Not & Skrillex and already collaborated with fellow kindred, unclassifiable spirits like Noisia, KUČKA, Pham and josh pan.
Producer and DJ Nikki Nair has quickly cemented himself as a respected new voice in the landscape of hybridized dance music. Nair’s productions encompass a multitude of club genres, highlighting his signature ability to effortlessly fuse electro, breaks, and elements of UK bass into a sound that is uniquely his own . Showcasing his natural ability to produce across a wide variety of moods and tempos, Nair’s releases have found homes on beloved dance labels such as Dirtybird, Scuffed, Lobster Theremin, Pretty Weird, and Astrophonica.
