Sending it off-site with another Flash[OFF] as the District welcomes sonic Brooklyn-based duo Bedouin. The duo of Tamer Malki & Rami Abousabe uses a technique of twisting melodies and rhythms to reach an eclectic, deep sound. Inspired by their Middle Eastern heritage, Western upbringing and world travels, the duo has an ever-evolving taste that has landed them on both Crosstown Rebels, All Day I Dream record labels as well as their own weekly Ibiza residency: Saga at Heart Ibiza. We are excited to bring this highly in-demand duo to an exciting off-site space for another epic Flash[OFF].

ABOUT BEDOUIN:

Bedouin is a Brooklyn-based production & DJ partnership between nomads Rami

Abousabe and Tamer Malki who are creating their own idiosyncratic spell of melodies and rhythms.

Together they share an eclectic sonic vision that pulls from diverse influences owing to their Middle Eastern heritage, Western upbringing, and world travels. Their combined musical backgrounds and ever-evolving taste captures the sensibility of imagination and constantly explores the connection between ourselves and the future.

Whether at the venue or off-site, it is Flash’s mission to maintain a safe environment where everyone  feels at home and confident that they will not be exposed to discrimination, criticism, harassment or harm of any kind. We ask our attendees to stay compliant with our rules and keep the Flash vibe free of the following:

• No violence

• No non-consensual behavior

• No racism, homophobia, transphobia, sexism or other discriminatory behaviors

• No harassment of any kind

• No phones or photos… for the sake of the vibe!

We treat every space as our own and strive to leave no trace.
