Sunday Love returns every Sunday from March–November, beginning at 3pm, blending music, wellness, art, and community inside Flash’s daytime ritual. Rooted in collaboration with local artists and creatives, each week unfolds as a layered experience that shifts and evolves throughout the afternoon and evening.

Start with the complimentary 3pm Wellness Session, featuring rotating offerings like guided meditation, sound baths, breathwork, and embodied practices. The Club level then transforms into the Love Bazaar 5-9PM: an indoor marketplace of D.C. based vendors, pop-ups, and community activations.

Music remains at the heart of Sunday Love, flowing across multiple rooms and genres, carried by the energy of Flash's Green Room rooftop dance floor. 

Season Passes offer the best value to experience it all, every Sunday, all season long.
