Emanuel Satie, born in Frankfurt and now based in Lisbon, is a man on a mission.

Following a stellar breakthrough year in 2016 with a #1 and #2 on Beatport, winning the “Best Producer Award“ at the Ibiza DJ Awards, and several tracks in the Resident Advisor most charted tracks lists, he’s been on the march ever since.

Notably, his 2018 “Don’t Forget To Go Home“ summer anthem was unquestionably one of the tracks of the Ibiza season and beyond, played all summer by the likes of Sven Väth, Pete Tong, and DJ Koze.

A collaboration with Pete Tong and releases on Sven Väth’s Cocoon Recordings and Damian Lazarus’ Crosstown Rebels followed the years after, which again got heavy DJ support all summer long by Sven Väth, Dixon,  me, Patrice Baumel, &ME, and many more. Following that Sven would welcome him into the Cocoon family in a more concrete way by signing him to 'Cocoon Artists'.

2022 was one of the busiest years to date with Emanuel touring the whole world and founding his own label Scenarios together with Maga, Yulia Niko, Tim Engelhardt, and Sean Doron, which is growing faster than expected, landing several tracks in the Beatport charts and with support by all major players in the scene. On the event side, the Scenarios showcases have found great success already in Los Angeles, at Burning Man, Bali, Tel Aviv, Lisbon, and soon London, New York, and many more.

2023 saw Emanuel releasing his debut EP on Solomun’s label Diynamic, which reached the #1 position in the Beatport Release charts and big support by Solomun, Keinemusik, and many more. Also a remix for A-Trak & Lee Foss and more exciting music on the Scenarios label.

As a DJ he’s just as impressive, his sets are known to be journeys that engage, entertain, and push the envelope in equal measure. Having played in some of the world’s most respected clubs and festivals including Amnesia, Space, Fabric, Pacha, Watergate, D-Edge, and more is a testament to that. It is clear that Satie is very much a man on his way up.
