Colin Benders is a classically trained musician and modular synth visionary whose live techno sets are created entirely in the moment. Originally known as Kyteman, he gained recognition leading The Kyteman Orchestra, blending rap, jazz, and classical instrumentation before turning to modular synthesis as a limitless platform for improvisation and experimentation.

Today, Benders creates raw, hypnotic techno from scratch, using his modular system to build stripped-back grooves, heavy percussion, and monolithic kicks in real time. No set is rehearsed, sequenced, or repeated, making every performance a completely unique exchange between artist, technology, and audience. With a growing international presence and a constantly evolving modular setup, Benders continues to push the boundaries of live electronic music—prioritizing spontaneity, physicality, and human connection above all else.
