With close to 100 single releases, 8 albums and many mix cd's over the years. Kevin has maintained his reputation as an artist who has no desire to stop creating music and pushing forward. Long before electronic music became popular and the word DJ became a household name, Kevin’s focus was on making a quality product and telling a musical story during his performances. As a DJ, Kevin is well known for playing an all-original music set. His outputs of unreleased tracks are close to 1500. In a month’s time, Kevin has been known to produce up to 30 tracks. So to say the music speaks through him is very much a true statement. For him DJing is a very personal thing he shares with the people that come hear him play. To play all his original music makes his show unique and his fans are able to hear his music, which may never be released.Along with his personal approach to DJing, Kevin has put together a new live show called "Live & Improvised.” Kevin describes this as his studio on the stage and all the music is made up on the spot. Each gig is completely different where he tailors his music live to take the crowd on a journey. For Kevin the show is very special because, you are seeing new music being made right there in front of you that no ears have heard until that very moment. As personal and creative Kevin’s DJ sets can be, his "Live & Improvised" shows are a beauty to watch as the inspiration flows from his mind into the music and then into the hearts of the crowd.

Chadwick

soundcloud | facebook

Chadwick has been a music selector since the early 80’s. He discovered making pause edits on a home stereo tape deck stemming from a desire to make his favorite songs just a bit longer or to extend the break. The boom of hip hop breakdancing and DJ culture led him to the Fresh Fest concert in 1983 that featured RUN-DMC and the Fat Boys, but most notable that night was when he heard Grande Master Flash cutting up Chic-Good Times on the turntables. That’s when he realized the potential of changing the music, live on vinyl, to create a whole new sound.Chadwick avidly pursued record collecting and in the early ‘90s was introduced to the clubs and sounds of NYC DJs that were delivering powerful, tribal and vocal house sets long into Sunday mornings. A passion for underground house music pushed Chadwick to open and operate a record store, Wax Worx Records, in Raleigh, North Carolina from 1995-2003. During this time he also worked asa promoter drawing 1000+ person events and as a DJ holding down weekly local residencies and guest spots throughout the East Coast. This time also saw studio productions emerge as well received singles and remixes receiving play from the likes of Roger Sanchez, MR. C, Sasha, John Digweed and Pete Tong. After moving to Washington, DC in 2003, Chadwick took a break from DJing out in public and enjoyed the view from the dance floor. He never stopped playing for the love of music and in the summer of 2013 he was chosen as a resident for Flash Nightclub which features a fully customized Funktion-1 sound system. He can now be found headlining Resident Nights at Flash or playing alongside some of the biggest touring DJs, bringing his unique and layered 4 deck, tech and house sound to the nation’s capitol and beyond.

After moving to LA and meeting some local dj’s, she was invited to play percussion (congas, djembe) at various underground parties around Los Angeles. This spawned her career as a local promoter first, which led to dj’n and eventually hosting her own weekly parties ‘SPIN’, ‘XPRESSION’, ‘HAPPY HOUSE, HAPPY HOUR’ & ‘GET WELL SUNDAYS’ in LA.Keeping with her roots and traditional musicianship, Meegs is known for incorporating live music and dancing with her sets. Her organic, soulful sound invites live instrumentation where you can hear her preference for funk, latin, reggae & celtic beats fused with soul driven lyrics with emotional content. “My goal is to continue growing the HOUSE music community in DC & beyond, collaborate with other musicians, and attempt to make the Irish jig cool!” Meegs currently holds various residencies in DC, produces her own music & moving forward in the art of video-djing.
